Returning Digital Download Titles
Due to the nature of digital sheet music and recordings, we cannot offer a refund of your digital download files after they have been purchased. However, should there be a technical problem with the digital file, or you have made an error such as ordering a duplicate/incorrect product/version, please email our helpdesk and we will endeavour to resolve any issues with replacements or a refund.
